Ordered a large 14 inch pizza for my birthday and they delivered a 12.5 inch pizza in a large box. Not very cool. I've ordered large before and they were much closer to 14 inches. You can visibly see the difference. This is the first time I felt like I needed to measure the pizza because it looked 'strange'. Happy birthday to me i guess.

I went to this branch last week, the cashier seemed very friendly, took my order and once I ordered pizza I decided I need fries too, he offered me to get the 2for 5$ offer to get fries I ordered it and the image is what they gave me, 2 boxes combined were not even one normal order of fries!! I was able to count the amount of fries! The boxes were more than half empty! I went back to the store and asked them to fix it. The cashier apologized and went to talk to his colleagues, he came back to me and said this is the way it should be and we’re not going to change it! The pizza was pretty okay, but these fries were unacceptable, I’m probably never going to this branch, I hope saving on a few fries was worth it to lose a customer who was going to place corporate catering orders in the future, I’m so happy I went to get a small order to check their quality first. I’m never going there again. I genuinely hope it was worth it to save on those few fries and steal from your customer.

The premises need to be changed and there is no longer a dining room even though the photos still show the old premises (just next door in the same building). No mention anywhere that it was made just for take out. We moved for nothing...

I ordered two pizzas, the instructions were clear, address/ apartment number. The delivery text me to tell that my order would be cancelled if I did not attend him soon, when it never called the department by intercom, I never had problems with any delivery from any place except him
