Fast food is fast food but A&W seems to be a bit better than most. I really enjoyed my Papa Burger, the fries were hot and really crispy. The root beer is special, nothing like it!

It used to be my favorite spot to snack in saint-vincent de paul. Last week I went on June 26th at approx 9:15pm. The service was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I went to the drive through order a beyond meat burger but it seemed like nobody was even working. After a little more than 5 minutes of waiting somebody greeted me politely… When I tried to order my burger I was told that they didn’t make burger nor fries at that time of the night because they turn off the hob the only thing that I could order was chicken. I was very disappointed. My previous rating for this place was 5 stars giving it one for the politeness.

Food was warm and good quality but I was over charged for food and drinks. Had to get refund after a lot explanation. There was no fizz in root beer only sugar and water or sprite.

WoW! Excellent customer service! We went through the drive through at this location, got our order and continued on our way. As we were pulling up to the intersection we see a young lady running out to the car with a small bag, they had missed 1 of our burgers from our order. She ran over gave us our burger and proceeded to skip away with a beautiful smile, jumped on her little scooter and headed back to work! Above and beyond thank you so much ?
