This was my third bad experience at this A&W, and it’ll definitely be my last. i pass by everyday on my way home from work but I walked in today and the place was completely empty—no other customers, yet I still didn’t get so much as a “hello.” The girl at the counter walked right past me while I stood waiting, without even acknowledging I was there.
While waiting, I had time to look around—and what I saw made me lose my appetite. The lettuce, pickles, and onions were just sitting out on paper plates, not properly stored in the bain-marie. The floor was dirty, and there were no napkins in the dispensers. Overall, the place looked neglected and unhygienic.
I ended up walking out and taking my money elsewhere. It’s disappointing when a brand like A&W lets their standards slip this badly.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to one particular employee who seemed to go out of their way to treat students unfairly. Regardless of whether we had done anything wrong, this person constantly discriminated against us, showing clear favoritism and an overall negative attitude. The individual in question had a coloured hair and glasses. Their rude and unprofessional behavior made what should have been a positive experience into a frustrating and discouraging one. It’s unacceptable for someone in their position to treat students this way, and it seriously impacted my time here. I hope management takes action to ensure that no one else has to deal with this kind of mistreatment.

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I’ve received at this A&W location. Every time I’ve visited, the staff, particularly one individual with red hair, black and magenta and glasses, has been unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. As a student, it’s disheartening to be treated poorly for no reason. Even when we come in respectfully and follow all the rules, we’re met with attitude and judgment. It feels like we’re being singled out just because we’re students. A&W is supposed to be a welcoming place, but this kind of treatment makes it anything but. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because no one deserves to be treated like this. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The service is zero... I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru order, no response, I went inside and the people who work there didn't care.... I was the only customer at the counter and I expected...3 employees, happy not to be the owner of this franchise
