I ordered takeout for 2 adults and 2 kids, last week. The food and service were very good, with 3 exceptions. 1. They had forgot to make the 2 mokachinos, so they only started making them once I was already holding the 2 bags of food. 2. I was disappointed to see the mokachino being made with a Carnations hot chocolate mix packet. 3. I had paid extra to have cheese on both my regular mash potatoes, as well as my wife's well done mash and although I did have the cheese, she did not. Her being pregnant, she took this really hard. I then scraped off all the cheese from my potatoes and put them on hers. These negative points are very minor and hopefully one offs. The pancakes were nice and fluffy, the steak wrap was delicious and very filling. The rest of the food was good, with maybe the exception of the scambled eggs, which resembled an overcooked omelet, but I dont think you can ever get good scrambled eggs for takeout, so I would not fault them for it.

On a Saturday we decided to go at 1:30pm only to see they close at 2pm!!!! But what was worse and we should have left was the smell of the servers cleaning because as they kept saying “we close at 2pm”…chairs going up as patrons are eating! Turning away customers at the door because they close at 2!!! The food was OK nothing more because once you smell cleaning products it’s over! I get it close at 2 pm but do all this when the clients have left! Since this location was taken over it’s just not the same as when the other family ran it like a family run business! Even the other locations are better! Been a client for over 20 years+……but I won’t go back!
