1st time here, ever since a trip Greece I have been trying all of the Montreal Greek bakeries. Everything looked amazing! I bought several types of croissants, pistachio, Nutella, cheese.... and a loaf of rye bread and had it sliced thick for toasting. The staff were so polite and accommodating. I will be back and would highly recommend any a trip to this bakery, the options were endless, we'll, ok there was an end but they have a lot of options from cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, loafs....

Strawberries were rotten and soft and moldy. I got the cake for a birthday and the cake was inedible. The owner did not want to compensate he yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me. I live 1 hour away and i could not leave the birthday party to bring back the cake and he didnât want to refund me. Absolutely terrible service from the owner not helpful at all

I bought a Yalaktobouriko from this place and you expect it to taste like one but was very disappointed.Since this place was sold anyone ive spoken too has only negative things to say.Even the Tsoureki was one of the best but that was only in the past.The only good thing about this place is how quickly you get served and the Tiropites at the moment.
Best in the business, we get all our cakes from there, from birthdays to engagements to weddings, they never fail to impress with the looks and taste. Thank you Steven and Bobby for the amazing service and to the whole team. đđđ

I went in today to buy biscotti and one of them didnât have a description but looked good. I asked the girl who worked there what the flavor was and if it was sweet. She just answered âI donât know Iâve never tried itâ. So i asked her if she could give me a sample to try it. She smiled at me in a rude manner and said âno we donât give out samples to tryâ. ???? Okay? If Iâm about to spend 40$ on a small box of biscotti at least tell me what it tastes like. She couldâve asked a coworker or she couldâve spared one biscotti (there was literally like 1000 of them sitting there), I wouldâve paid an extra dollar for it if theyâre that cheap. I told her how stupid that was but she didnât care one bit and obviously I didnât get that one but Ambrosia maybe teach your employees how to describe the pastries or give out samples of the smaller onesâŠ. I usually have good service but that one employee clearly had no idea how to do her job.
