Great staff and the food came out really quick

We got two meals. Everything was perfectly good, so fresh and tasty. The only thing is that instead of giving you the choice to exchange your rice with fries, they charge you an extra 2$ for the fries. The portion was good. Friendly staff.

The food at Barbies was okay. I'm not sure I would come back for the food although the staff were friendly and efficient. The reason I went here is because we had coupons and wanted to check out a casual bar

We went to Barbies Restaurant Laval to celebrate my wife's birthday. While the service was fast & the waiter, Sebastian, very friendly, there were 2 minor issues. First of all, he was unaware of the $11 off rebate pass that I had downloaded right off the website, and had to check it. He did apply it. Secondly, I had ordered the chicken filet d'Orleans, which I thought, came with the Monte Carlo baked potato. Apparently, the dish no longer includes the baked potato, and it had to be ordered separately. He was unaware that it had changed, and my dish was served without the potato. I had to order it separately.Last but not least, the lighting is too dark, you can't even read the menu properly. The dining room should be brighter.

Accueil bête. Gérant bête et serveuse aussi.Service lent et médiocre. Attendre 30mins pour des verres d’eau. Après presque 4mins ont est parti ont avaient toujours pas nos soupes ! Ils disent ne pas être beaucoup d’employés mais le restaurant était vide ! Dernière fois pour nous le barbies Laval. Vivement le service du barbies Mascouche!

Hello I’ve been going to this place since it opened. Never disappointed but lately the service food has been a total disappointment. My server was a completely lost and when I got our plates was a disappointment . My steak wasn’t cooked correctly and my side wasn’t right so I had to send it back . And that was only my order. And also an issue with my wife’s. From a place I enjoyed bringing my family and friends has become a place that I wouldn’t recommend. Guess from a place that was constantly packed to a place that had many booths open . It’s to bad I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Je suis aller avec 2 autres collègues de travail, pire service j’ai pas eu depuis longtemps. Grosse attitude (gars gérant) , vraiment déplaisant , on a même pas rester , je suis aller dépenser 300$ ailleurs

Food was ok but average. Had fish and chips and we had to ask for tartar sauce. It did not come with it. It was not served with cole slaw either.

I have been to Barbies in Laval many times, but today was the last. I had the worst service that I have ever had. I had a chicken brochette with a Greek salad. I smelled to dressing and I found it was off/gone bad. I let the waiter know and he sent out the manager. The manager, Tommy, said that no one else had complained about the dressing, and that it was just that I didn't like it. He asked me if I was finished with my meal, and I told him that I would not eat it because the salad was not good. He took the plate away (I had only had a chance to eat the chicken brochettes, not the rice, not the salad). When the bill came, the meal was included. We asked Tommy to come once again to our table. My brother-in-law asked him to prove that the dressing was not spoiled. He told us to look around the restaurant ''no one is sick''. He was rude and placed the blame squarely on me. I told him that I would write it up on the restaurant's website, and he told me to ''go ahead and call the newspapers, too, I don't care''. I will be telling everyone of my experience and I recommend that, until they learn about customer service, that no one else try going there either.
