Ben & Florentine

For my wife and I's first visit. BRAVO! we were greeted promptly by a jovial & welcoming hostess and seated straight away. We were attended imediately by our waitress Kym. Who made sure we had coffee and enough time to read the varied choices on the menu. Although the establishment was busy, Kym and the others all worked together to make sure we were taken care of or to top off our coffees! The food was excelent your breakfast potatoes A1! , beautiful, light tasting not greassy! And lastly the bill. I was so suprised how low and affordable it was!! ( I mean, I added 3 extras ! to my Big Ben! ) and still your prices are so affordable this was a pleasant outing for us! Thank you! and all the staff we'll deffinately swing by next time we are in the neighbourhood. The location of the establishment was in laval off of the 440 west autoroute.

Service was excellent but the food, the worse omelette I had in my entire life. The omelette had more onions than egg and other veges. No wonder the place was empty at peak morning breakfast time. Very disappointing.

I went yesterday and got placed right next to the kitchen. I ordered breakfast and got served cold beans. I asked the waitress to reheat them so she takes it to the kitchen and then heard another lady say that I am a mad customer because I asked for them to be reheated and she thought they were hot enough... I did get a good service from the waitress but the commentary from the kitchen made me feel like a bad customer so will take my business elsewhere if I can't get something reheated without commentary... Kinda lame because I liked the place and been client for many years.

I'm quickly becoming a regular at this restaurant. The food is great and service is always amazing!

Excellent lunch restaurant. We were served by Jessica this morning and she is an excellent waitress, smiling and attentive. All the staff seem happy to work there, which in my opinion indicates a very good working atmosphere. Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back.
