This restaurant is a disaster and they have completely lost confidence. After receiving an order of more than $30 arrived with a questionable appearance, and a disgusting appearance (white meat bowl with sesame: order received contained small bones, dark meat and some poorly cooked pieces, and a large chicken wing disgusting on top), I contacted customer service and the manager told me that it must have been me who didn't know what I had ordered. My employees and I order at least 3 times a week. So we know the menu and following this answer, we will never order from this restaurant again. Worst customer service received.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this Benny...this is the 2nd time the order has arrived late (1:30 the first time and 30 minutes the 2nd) and our meal was very ordinary (cold, soft fries ). We won't order from this Benny again, that's for sure!

My very first negative comment! Honestly...when it's more than 6 mega errors when ordering, it's really pathetic service! Having been a delivery person for many years in the past, I have never seen so many mistakes in my entire life!!! Ask for half a chicken and change the sauce for a salad and receive "3 sauces", "no salad"...order a salad with chicken and receive a salad with "no chicken"...order a Benny Caesar salad and receive a brisket with a salad?!...Ordering a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and receiving a Caesar salad with breaded chicken....etc etc, one wonders if they want to harm seniors who want simplify their lives or just that they didn't even do their secondary education. I think my parents deserve better service, see if they just want to go back to your restaurant just to get what they ordered! There's something to be really disappointed about because when I go to see my parents, it's me who goes back to your branch and the goal is to spend quality time with them over a nice dinner, not spend an extra hour on the road after a day of work just because you are not at your business.
