I placed an order online for delivery: after 2 hours I called to find out if the delivery man was coming, I was told that my order was canceled because the delivery man had the wrong address! No one ever called me to let me know. Very bad service!

The Best Ceasar Salad you can have!!! It is better than home made! The bacon is real the Parmesan is real the Lettuce is super fresh! Honestly better than any high rated expensive restaurant! And the soup oh My!!! Good portion with lots of Chicken and Pasta! Thank you!

Good morning . I was sorry to see the poor service I received today. I have been a customer who has been coming for years and have been very poorly received. The cashier and the man next to them were stupid and rude. I did not enjoy my experience and will go elsewhere next time.

I was looking forward to enjoying a good poutine at this place I hadn't been to in a while. So I went to the drive-thru with my wife. I ordered a poutine with a diet Pepsi, for a total of about $18. I left a tip of $1.50, spending almost $20.

At the pickup window, I received my order and left. My wife opened the box and found no utensils. We went back to the drive-thru (there was no one there but us). I told the girl that they forgot to give us a fork and there wasn't one in the box. At the window, a young blonde/brunette girl with a ponytail didn't greet us, was unfriendly and lectured me, saying that next time I should ask for a fork in advance. She handed me the fork with attitude and slammed the window.

I was shocked and in disbelief. We were on the road hoping to eat quickly, and this ruined our appetite.

I parked my car and went inside the restaurant with the box of poutine. Two girls were at the checkout, including the one who had disrespected me. I asked to speak to his boss. She asked me why. So I repeated my request a second time. She finally called a supervisor, a polite young man in a white apron.

I explained the situation to him. He offered me a new poutine or store credit, which I refused. I told her my appetite was ruined and the young employee needed proper training. I left the restaurant without the poutine and asked the supervisor to throw it away.

This happened today, Wednesday July 17, around 6 p.m. Benny & Co., I can't believe you have someone like that working for you. I was a long time customer and have frequented several of your establishments, and I am disappointed. That’s not how you talk to customers or treat them. She has no manners and must learn how to deal with customers.

June 30, I order thigh and breast meals for 12 people on Benny's website. 5 minutes after I placed my order, I received a call from the restaurant to tell me that they cannot deliver my order because they are going to run out of chicken
.... it's 1:00 p.m.????
I don't understand how he manages their kitchen but a long 3-day weekend and on top of that a moving weekend... it's tough. St-Hubert honored my order without problem. I put one star for the politeness of the young woman.

We usually love Benny, this time the frozen fries where like carboard, cold and stiff and the chicken was dry like desert sahara. disapointed especially with the high cost.
