When i went, i had the chicken breast and the chicken was pasty, which i did not enjoy. Rest of the food was as expected. Not sure how it is for repeat customers but that was my first time there and i wasn't impressed and was expecting better from Benni's. Other than that, service was quick and lady at the counter was nice to deal with.

I have always loved their chicken: succulent. However, this was the second time I visited this branch and... same thing as last time: when you order chef's choices, it will only be thighs. Of the eight meals we ordered: eight thighs. Probably the chef didn't like us that evening... We were almost afraid that our ribs meal would be transformed into thighs too... At the other branches, I always had, at least, a breast out of 4 meals... In short, I will try them again next time times and will adjust my opinion accordingly. At worst, the other branches are not that far away.

The service was really fast, and what can I say about the cashier who took our order, she was smiling, helpful, attentive only positive things, very good customer service I went on a Thursday for dinner I recommend the Thai crispy chicken poutine a real delight

I share with you my inconveniences from my dinner today at Benny's in the dining room. Firstly, the cream of chicken was not very hot but still very good. Second, I asked to turn down the volume of the music which was really too loud. The attendant lowered it slightly so for me it was unacceptable to still eat in the noise of this music. I go back to the attendant to ask for mayonnaise because my white meat club was really very dry. She tells me that some white has dried. I tell him that the bread tastes burnt. No empathy on his part. Finally I asked for a box and left the place. My experience was disappointing as I wanted to eat in peace.
Really disappointing experience today. The cashier was shouting in the kitchen that she wanted to resign because there was a new head cashier, whom she herself had trained. She complained constantly, creating a tense and unprofessional atmosphere. Customers were waiting for their orders, but all we heard was their frustrations which lasted for at least 10 minutes. Such a noisy and negative reception, especially for a Sunday morning, is really not what we are looking for. Additionally, the chicken tenders were tiny, definitely not what you would expect for the price. A little more team management would make the service much more pleasant.

To respond to Mr. ABDUL REHMAN and also LION MARGOSSIAN Probably 2 frustrated Uber Eat delivery men who don't know how to work!! There is no bad service for YOU the delivery person!! If you work for Uber Eat, Doordash or whatever YOU MUST HAVE A BAG TO PUT THE MEALS FOR DELIVERY It keeps meals hot It's not very complicated to understand that my friend In Quebec we deliver food in insulated bags to keep meals warm!!!
The waitresses do their job well by refusing to give you meals if you don't have your bags!!!

It's sad to have to change location. because on several occasions the order I ask for when I arrive home is never accurate. There are always mistakes and what's more today in my white meat chicken poutine because it's the meal I order every time I go there and well I found a small bone (photo in support). Seriously, it's not too strong and very disappointing.
