20$ for some fries, a drink and a sandwich the size of my hand made with hard bread and barely any flavor. One of the workers didnt seem to want to be there. I took the sandwich named le chef, it’s supposed to have mushrooms and caramelized onions with the chicken, some lettuce, some cream and some tomato. I got one small bit of lettuce, one bit of tomato, 2 mini pieces of mushroom, no cream and no caramelized onions. The cashier didn’t ask which sauce i wanted in the sandwich and by coincidence it was the one i hated the most. If you don’t want to make a sandwich that is on your menu, please don’t invent another one. The drink was my favorite part of the meal.

I ordered bol chika on 31/10/2025 around 7:00 pm and there was a girl who wears glasses i pay by cash she didn’t give any receipt for order. Then after I waited for 1 hour she came and asked me what did you ordered?
There no much people in the restaurant . Only like 2-3 people
She’s walking around like a boss but i think she took the money to her pocket that’s why she forgot to prepare my order.

Bergham’s quality has gone down throughout the years but this one is crazy. I ordered a sandwich and it was half full (please look at pictures) I was baffled I asked the employee if this is normal and she said yes with a straight face. I replied and said that this cannot be right as I have been to plenty of bergham and this is unacceptable. She asked me if I wanted them to redo it. I asked her why would you redo it if you are telling me this is standard and she reiterated that this is standard normal quantities but she can redo it if Im unhappy. I asked her to please redo it and they gave me another one but this time it was full of chicken meat marinade yes there was more chicken but it was mostly marinade and it was NOT good. (Should’ve taken a picture of the second sandwich but I was starving and ready to eat.) There’s no consistency here and serving empty sandwiches and charging over 20$ is crazy.

Tout d’abord, très bonne nourriture avec du poulet et de la viande bien préparé et délicieux en bouche, bonne quantités et avec un endroit très propre , très bon service. Mention spécial pour monsieur Wassim très gentil et serviable , très généreux également c’est le meilleur. (je suis passer mercredi le 8 janvier aux alentours de 21h30) .
