I absolutely loved the food at Billy K! I tried the grilled chicken burger and the veggie bowl, and both were delicious. The burger especially was amazing – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I think I’ve finally found my go-to burger spot in Laval. Highly recommend!

Even if the food is good, service is 90% of running a restaurant. As both a customer and an Uber driver, I’ve been treated very poorly here. On my last visit around midnight, I came to pick up my own order and a delivery, and the staff acted as if I was going to steal and spoke to me with complete disrespect. We are educated people working hard to balance university and work — no one deserves to be treated that way. I won’t be ordering from or picking up here again.

The food is always good but I don’t understand why when I pay by debit or credit they still round up my bill for taxes.
This has happened last two time I have eaten there. Should only round up when paying cash. Check receipts everyone.
Someone is putting Pennie’s in their pocket without most people not noticing or is it a fluke and I’m the only one this has happened to.

The poutine is mediocre because of the cheese I had some fresh pieces and some older ones it melted like brick cheddar no "squick" on 90% of the pieces... I'm going to have to try again with a Burger which seems more like theirs force and re-evaluate the place for now 2 stars for the lack of freshness of the cheese.
Great service and cleanliness of resto. Woman at the counter was very courteous. Amazing poutines! Deffs a cheat night fav meal.
