The cookies are really good but they pretty much all taste the same. They look amazing. Someone who loves barely cooked cookie dough will like them.

The cookies are so delicious we came back the next day. My cousins shows me this place, but it's a shame I don't live in Montreal to enjoy it more often. We tried a few different flavors but our absolute favorite was Kinder. Overall, all of the cookies were phenomenal, and I can't wait to return! Don't hesitate on checking this place out!

I was craving some cookies near my place and I found this cookie shop, I ordered 12 cookies thinking it would be good as the displays were all looking good, first think I didn’t appreciate was the service the girl that came to serve me was so non chalant no smile nothing it didn’t even feel like I was welcomed! Second of all I didn’t mind the price but for these undercooked cookies heck no! I had to open my own oven and cook them throughly like are you kidding me?! That’s crazy! It was way too sweet and felt like I was eating raw cookie dough instead of a well cooked cookie that can be made very simple! I couldn’t even finish one! It was horrible! I hope for the future they can actually test their own cookies to make sure they’re all cooked throughly because I had the worst belly ache the next day from digesting that raw cookie dough , I wouldn’t recommend! I’d rather stick to Felix and Norton, I’ll never be stepping food in this shop ever again! 🤢

I had an amazing experience at Blonde Biscuiterie. The cookies were beyond tasty — soft, fresh, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put love into their recipes.
The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so fun and cute — perfect for a sweet treat stop!
Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Disappointment for a first order

I was excited to discover this biscuit shop and I ordered a box of 12 biscuits, expecting a gourmet experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed for several reasons.
*There is a baking problem because three of the cookies were not baked, with dough still raw inside.
*There is a strange taste, I felt like I was eating cookies with a soapy aftertaste, which ruined the experience.
*I found a lack of variety, all the biscuits had practically the same flavor, which was disappointing for a box supposed to offer different options. I don't know if I had a bad batch, but this first experience did not convince me.

The biscuits from the Laval biscuit factory are not very good. I recommend the MTL branch. Cookies in Laval taste like cookie dough mixed with soap. The taste is horrible. In addition, the flavors I ordered were not all in the box, even though the lady at the checkout took detailed notes of what I wanted. Otherwise the customer service is very good and it’s a beautiful photo spot!

Good cookies, but disappointed with the service. It was just us, without any other customers but out of 12 biscuits ordered, there were 4 flavors that we had not ordered, despite the long note taken by the lady serving.
