Absolutely delicious chunky cookies! I loved all the flavours. Plus, the fact that you get them tax-free when buying more than six is a sweet bonus. Highly recommend for any cookie lover! 🍪

Disappointment for a first order

I was excited to discover this biscuit shop and I ordered a box of 12 biscuits, expecting a gourmet experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed for several reasons.
*There is a baking problem because three of the cookies were not baked, with dough still raw inside.
*There is a strange taste, I felt like I was eating cookies with a soapy aftertaste, which ruined the experience.
*I found a lack of variety, all the biscuits had practically the same flavor, which was disappointing for a box supposed to offer different options. I don't know if I had a bad batch, but this first experience did not convince me.

The biscuits from the Laval biscuit factory are not very good. I recommend the MTL branch. Cookies in Laval taste like cookie dough mixed with soap. The taste is horrible. In addition, the flavors I ordered were not all in the box, even though the lady at the checkout took detailed notes of what I wanted. Otherwise the customer service is very good and it’s a beautiful photo spot!

Good cookies, but disappointed with the service. It was just us, without any other customers but out of 12 biscuits ordered, there were 4 flavors that we had not ordered, despite the long note taken by the lady serving.

These wonderful cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Soo many different flavors to choose from including oreo, Nutella, kinder, reeses, brownie, smores etc. You can tell these cookies are baked fresh right before serving.

I called during the day to find out if it was better to place an order or if I showed up around 8 p.m. (knowing that it closes at 10 p.m.) there would be some flavors left. I am told that it is better to place an order because the knowledge may not be available. When I arrived at 8 p.m., it took 2 people and 15/20 minutes to finally be told that my order had not been made. The piece of paper on which it was written had been forgotten on the corner of the counter because there had been a rush at the beginning of the evening. Then I'm told that half of my flavors are used up and I need to replace them. They told me clearly that it was a negligent error on their part. Except, there wasn't much choice left, which was very disappointing. I was not entitled to any form of compensation. In short, very ordinary service, especially knowing that I live a little far away, it doesn't make me want to go back.
