Accommodating staff. Let me watch the Baseball Playoffs. Being a dual citizen, I enjoy Canadian Hockey, soccer and American Baseball. Mediterranean Pizza is the best!! Better tasting than any vegetarian pizza in Montreal.

First time going to Boston pizza in years and I won't be returning. We went on a Sunday when the restaurant was practically empty and it took forever to get our food. Service wasn't the friendliest and the food was just bad. One person at our table got a hair on their plate (luckily not in the food) and a dry over cooked burger. One had a salad that was mostly onion. I ordered the jambalaya fettuccine, a dish that claims to have some heat. It was one of the blandest dishes I've had at a restaurant. There was also not much sauce so half the dish was basically like eating plain pasta. Don't bother going here when there are so many other restaurants in the area.

The sodas are watered down so much... I ordered The BP burger.. couldn't eat even half of it...the patties were dry as heck and that smoky flavoring is absolutely disgusting...this was the second time eating at a Boston Pizza and I wanna tell you I'm not making the same mistake 3 times... Never again?
There's a laundry list of items we had to get ourselves off the service areas because we literally could never get any waitstaff to help us....menus, napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc....we went and got ourselves. Took over an hour from the time we got seated until they took our order. Food was not great. The diet coke was surprisingly good, so thanks for that.

The food was bad, the service was slow, the staff was very young and scantily dressed. We waited a total of 35 minutes before receiving water and we waited a very long time for our food. In my opinion, the management of the staff and service was a 4.5/10. Very disappointed with my experience and I won’t be returning.
