I came to pick up an order, I came in with a smile and was met with terrible customer service. They were rude and seemed annoyed throughout the whole process and I thought I was the problem until I noticed that they were nicer to their regular clients. 68$ wasted

Ended up here because traffic was bad to get home. We definitely should have waited in traffic rather than waste money here. Pitcher of Rickard’s red FLAT, my 1/2 rib plate lukewarm at best (MAPAQ concern). Expressed discontent to the waitress in regards to the barely untouched plate and her response was « ah sorrryyyyy ». Seeing as the plate was still full, she did not offer to replace any of the uneaten portion. Husband’s fish and chip plate was hot, and he enjoyed it. Paid the full bill with tip and got the hell out of there.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow with absolutely no empathy or explanation not even a simple “we’re short-staffed” or “it’s a busy night.”
The pizza itself was good, but everything else fries, pasta, and quesadilla was just terrible. To make things worse, our appetizer arrived after we had already finished our main course, even though we had asked the waiter multiple times and were told “it’s on the way.” Thanks for bringing it when we were done eating!
The lack of service, care, and food quality clearly explains the poor rating at this location. They’ve really ruined the name of Boston Pizza for us. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I love coming here with my son on the weekends and we always have great service. Most of the time our server is Chloe and she knew our order by heart after the second time we came. Love this place
