Probably one of the best sorbet/ice cream you will ever taste in Quebec or even in Canada, very balanced and tasty i can eat more than usual because of how good and balanced it is!! Their chocolate is the best chocolate, amazing choclate flavor not too chocolaty or sweet and i like to mix it with red fruits or mango
Absolutely delicious ice cream, super natural & the texture is unique. We had an Achta ice cream (baklava) & one with pistachio nuts. Authentic Syrian!

The Bouza kiosk at Carrefour Laval is a must-visit at all costs! What a lovely welcome from Ilias with his smile and good humor! He made me taste excellent flavors, halva, baklava, mango, etc. Even though it’s cold outside, the welcome I got at Bouza warmed my heart! Thank you Ilias and thank you Bouza for your employees and for bringing us the flavors of the Orient close to home❤️
