Probably the worst Burger King of them all. Staff does not care who is at the cash waiting for the order. Took 10 minutes to take the order. Took 30 minutes to take the food. Keep in mind there is 2 peope before me. Even they were mad waiting and waiting. Every item she put on the tray one by one. Food cold and not even well cooked. This new staff should be fired.

Went it in w my bro last night and got 2 burgers, one was a spicy chicken and the other was a regular burger. Nasty is all I can say, the chicken was rock hard and spiceless and my burger ended up w the spice. My lettuce was brown, and my fries were disgusting. If I had to pick between st Martin Burger King or botulism, I’d pick botulism. Will not be back I’ll go eat at À and W

Absolutely disgusting. Went there around 10h30 yesterday night and it was the worst resto experience i’ve had in a long time. Fries were cold and uneatable. The chicken was hard as a rock and had clearly been sitting for hours and the lettuce tasted rotten and mushy. Absolutely horrid experience. Never again

Went to the Burger King in Laval and this one’s honestly the nicest I’ve seen. Getting there was a bit of a mess with all the construction (had to pull a U-turn 🙃), but once I walked in it was super clean and had a cool retro vibe. They’ve got old Burger King pics on the walls and crowns everywhere — you can even grab one and wear it.
Staff was super friendly. My coupon on the app wasn’t working for the $9.59 trio, but the girl at the counter just fixed it right away. Burgers came out fresh and fast, and I learned you can customize way more than I thought (light onions, extra mayo, etc.).
Oh, and they have Cherry Coke baby which is rare for fast food spots. Honestly, cleanest and best BK I’ve been to.
