Went to the Burger King in Laval and this one’s honestly the nicest I’ve seen. Getting there was a bit of a mess with all the construction (had to pull a U-turn 🙃), but once I walked in it was super clean and had a cool retro vibe. They’ve got old Burger King pics on the walls and crowns everywhere — you can even grab one and wear it.
Staff was super friendly. My coupon on the app wasn’t working for the $9.59 trio, but the girl at the counter just fixed it right away. Burgers came out fresh and fast, and I learned you can customize way more than I thought (light onions, extra mayo, etc.).
Oh, and they have Cherry Coke baby which is rare for fast food spots. Honestly, cleanest and best BK I’ve been to.

Terrible service from the drive-thru attendant during the night shift. Absolutely hateful and impatient attitude from the start of the order.
We asked questions about the menu, drinks, etc. When he answers us, my partner consults me since there are items not available. The attendant keeps harassing us, loudly and for no good reason " Sir?!! Hello!!? Sir!!? What are you going to take?!!! »
I can understand waiting 1-2 minutes in silence, but if sir can't wait 8 seconds for the order to be re-discussed, it's time to rework customer service and patience. 0/10 man :/

I hate when my wife goes through the drive thru and places an order and she comes home and the order isnt what was ordered ! She asked for 2 regular whoppers and theres 1 regular and one Tex Mex .. Whats that about ? The Chefs choice ? Too far to return back and its not the 1st time those incompetent people at the drive thru that have made mistakes with an order !! This looks like someone Puked in it !!
