Good experience but too expensive

Concept is great but service at this location is meh. It’s very crowded especially during peak times on the weekends. The staff covering the tables to me feel overwhelmed and aren’t in the headspace as a result to be friendly with clients. Nonetheless, overall I always enjoy my time here 😊

Terrible service Walked inside with my daughter requesting a table for 2. We were the only people standing and waiting for a table. There were at least 3 tables free to our right (plenty of people seated) and an entire section 11 tables free to our left. Hostess mentions there are no tables available and the wait is estimated to be 35 to 40 mim??? I showed her the section to our left as there were other couples seated. Can you not accomodate 2 people? She said the section was closed and simply no. No smile, no attempt to find a solution. She was rude, and couldn't care less if we left or not. Her co worker who witnessed it all didn't even attempt to find a solution. This is what happens when you hire people with absolutely no business sense. We were going to spend a minimum of $75 (price for painting, food etc). POOR SERVICE IN LAVAL. Go to the one located in the West Island on St-Jean Boulevard. The staff are much friendlier than the miserable people working at Ceramic Cafe in Laval.

Saturday night before 8pm refused entry, when more then 5 seating areas were obviously available. Given expired time cards. Staff on power trip, not impressed. Take the drive to the DDO location. No issues, tables available and greeted with a smile.

Nice ambiance with a lot of choices of ceramics and colors. The staff is super friendly.

My friends and I went and didn’t receive the best service… It took 1 hour to get our food order, we asked one server and she said she’d check in the back, turns out she never did because we asked a second server who went to the back and told us there was an “issue” and that they’d make our order then, 1 hour after we ordered… The nachos + salsa tasted exactly like the Tostitos brand, bland. The drinks left much to be desired.

Also, the workers seemed absolutely miserable, not a single smile on their face, it felt like we were bothering them every time we’d ask for something. It also takes a while for someone to get to you when you walk in. I have gone to the Montreal location and it’s been great. I don’t see myself coming to the Laval location again.

Cool place it takes a while to get in because a lot of people use this coupon calls tuango but they can stay as long as they want so I’m gonna get myself one too for my and my family thanks for the information Kayla 👍🏻
