Kayla was amazing! She was very enthusiastic and friendly. She came by multiple times throughout our night with a smile despite a busy evening. Overall, great service!!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Many choices of ceramic at different prices ,depending on size. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available as well sandwitches.

I spend $145. Tip $14
After 2 weeks, went to pick up my ceramic. Missing one and said broken and need to be fix. Come back in a week. Came second time to pick up. Fooled me and gave me the wrong item. I showed them my ceramics work I painted and they are speechless. Not match. Can’t do a refund because their computer ask for a code on my receipt. I told them I don’t see any code you asked. Emails them my receipt copy and the manager said I can’t do your refund because your receipt doesn’t provide the code the computer ask for. Unprofessional. Only $13 but I can’t digest so I have to write comments. Disgusting company and first and last never return or recommend.

Very nice welcome! The employees were super friendly! This is a great, affordable activity, the coffee is good, the music is good, several choices of ceramic pieces, several colors, very good explanations of the activity from the employees! I highly recommend

It’s a really fun activity for a date or with kids but the food isn’t great and slow to get. So go for the activity not to eat so much.

My girlfriend dragged me to this place. It was cool, you get to choose a ceramic dish, mug.. and you paint it. It’s a cafe so you can order drinks/food. They will finish it off for you in a week time with gloss and you have to come back to pick it up. Would have been nice if they had a system where we can get it same day. Staff are kind, one of them speak so fast like x 10 speed you don’t understand anything lol but it’s ok i figured it out.

Nice experience to relax, talk and have a lunch.

Cuisine is just bad, don't go there for food. The panini are just 1 slice of ham and a bit of cheese for 12$. I could make the same sandwich at home for like 0.80$

She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and informed me about exciting upcoming items, including Christmas ornaments.

It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. I'm very satisfied with my visit and can't wait to return soon. Highly recommend this store!

It’s a fun place to go for an outing and it peaceful and entertaining to pain a ceramic with friends or anyone but be ware if you come with around 4 or plus people you will have to pay an obligation tip of around 40% per person and if you want to surprise for example a friend with a cake for their birthday you have to pay them around 10$ to make them surprise your friend for their birthday. Btw food is expensive but the nachos are good
