Café Van Houtte

Horrible signage. Couldn't find the store. No one picked the phone up to help. Waste of time

It's pretty expensive and the staff rushes you to order. The almond croissant was good, but they put the wrong kind of milk in my coffee. There is a lot of choice and if you're in a pinch they sell meals as well.

I got the breakfast bagel. I received it quick and the lady working was super friendly. As for the price, as expected expensive.

Ordered a medium coffee and the employee handed me a cup half empty. Didn’t offer to fill it up to the top.

Little man with glasses totally disrespects the students and gets angry with us, because we order at 5:30 but he has to close by 7:00 and we are supposedly harming his close!!

The waitress on Saturday morning was really very nice, she made the service much more pleasant :)On Saturday morning the cafeteria is very quiet, it's great for studying or just having breakfast with friends

Wheelchair accessibility: The café is located in the UdeM Laval campus, so the entrances, the cafeteria and the hall to access it are wide and surely designed to be accessible

La serveuse du samedi matin était vraiment très gentille, elle rend le service beaucoup plus agréable : )
Le samedi matin la cafétéria est très calme, c'est super pour y étudier ou simplement prendre un petit-déjeuner avec des amis

The guy with the glasses provides very poor service

Small smoothie for over $8 for milk, ice and 4 pumps of syrup (not even real fruit!). Expensive for what it is!

the patnai has real table salt in my so-called salted caramel latte. it had become really disgusting caramel salt.

une dame un un peu plus âgé ma servie aujourd'hui , je suppose que c'est la gérante , elle avait de la difficulté a m'entendre étant donné l'achalandage , j'ai exagère mon articulation après avoir repris plusieurs pour qu'elle puisse mieux me comprendre ... elle c'est moquer de moi tout le long en répétant a ses employers ma commande de la même façon que je l'avais prononcer ..évidemment je me suis sentie ridiculiser .. bref une très mauvaise expérience . Très agréable de vivre ça.....
