Went here to get an espresso before shopping. The guy at the counter didn’t even acknowledge my presence despite the fact I was the only there! No mad line up or rush. Just me. Looked almost like I was bothering him. No hello, thank you or anything. The coffee was terrible. I think there is a minimum courtesy required in the food and beverage industry. When a customer shows up and you can’t even manage an “hello”, it’s pretty sad. Anyway, first and last time at this place.

Worst mistake.
I pull up and notice they offer a latte with bailey’s, so I order that.
The kid at the counter doesn’t know what Bailey’s is. Fine, not a big deal but already worrying.
The other lady at the counter and the kid have to ask me twice if it’s a latte or a coffee (it’s a latte).
I am then given what’s at best a coffee with milk and unrefrigerated Bailey’s, NO frothed milk, and no receipt. $16 for this in a regular mug is an absolute scam.
I complain about it and i’m told that “this is how we do lattes here. What you’re asking for is a cappuccino” which it very much isn’t, followed by “well this is what my boss taught me!”. If your boss taught you to make this kind of coffee for their coffee shop, then you guys have big problems.

To top it all off, when I tell her she didn’t give me a receipt she scavenges in the TRASH and gives me a crumpled up dirty receipt.

Begging everyone to reconsider ever buying anything from this place. Worst experience of my life at a coffee shop.

Got a large cappuccino here as it was close to my AirBnB- coffee was very bitter and gross, and watery. Paid $7.50 for it too. I do not recommend.

Space Galore

The good location for the indoor terrace, next to the shopping mall gardens, grants this three stars due to the nice seating area. Others have left many scathing bad reviews but I would love to see this place flourish to its potential, so here are some suggestions: the menu really needs more options for tea drinkers. Would also be nice to offer cold brew for easy to make rich tasting less acidic coffee. As for the pastries, they are like the cheapest past date thing you can find in a grocery store, so I suggest asking any pastry lovers with functioning taste buds to help develop that part of the menu using a little taste testing. There are lots of great local suppliers and you could probably attract a grateful fresh new clientèle if you stocked anything from Susie Sans Gluten for instance.
