Pour la nourriture, je n'ai rien à dire du tout, le tout était bon et nous étions 6 et tous ont aimé leur repas. Ce qui m'a un peu dérangé c'est déjà les menus étaient collants ce qui n'est vraiment pas plaisant. Donc je crois qu'étant plastifiés j'encouragerais à ce qu'ils soient toujours nettoyés. Les tables étaient aussi collantes. Le service était bien, on prenait le temps de venir nous demander si le tout était à notre goût. Les burritos au poulet grillé, fajitas au poulet, tacos de boeuf, tel que mentionné tous ont bien aimé leur repas

I was surprised, actually the food was not bad. The shrimp tacos were very good but the fish so so .

Our waitress zineb was very polite,kind,and friendly towards our group. The food was very tasty and I very much enjoyed the chicken wings they’re are so delicious and I absolutely love them. Overall our experience was delightful and once again I thank our waitress for her kindness and patience.

We had a great experience. The nachos were amazing. My kids loved their tacos and asked if they could come back again.

Disappointing First Visit for Mexican Food Lovers

As avid fans of Mexican cuisine, we decided to give Carlos and Pepe's a try instead of our usual go-to, Three Amigos. Sadly, it didn’t live up to expectations.

The menu was surprisingly limited, and the food just didn’t deliver. The Birria tacos were dry and crusty—not the soft, cheesy, flavor-packed kind we’ve had elsewhere. The fajitas were forgettable, with tough meat and little seasoning.

What really added to the disappointment were the extras. I ordered a side of Pico de Gallo for $3.75 and was shocked to receive barely a tablespoon’s worth—you can see it in the photos. And the margarita, priced at $35, was filled about two-thirds with ice. For that price, you'd expect something more generous and better balanced.

Service was fine, but overall, the experience felt overpriced and underwhelming. We were hoping to discover a new favorite, but we won’t be going back.

November 30, 2024 - BAD experience! Too noisy too - We will never go back there again.

Our waiter asked why a few of us in our party tipped, she even went to ask “Was the service bad? Just wondering because you both did not tip” The service was subpar and she did not check in on us during the meal at all. For a server to be asking explicitly for a tip so bluntly and then proceeding to say that if we don’t she needs to give 4% of her paycheck was ridiculous. Pay your staff better!!!

Service was below par. Waitress never checked in, dropped food on the table, didn’t refill our waters and then confronted me about not giving tip. I will always tip 15% or more no matter the service, but being a bad waitress and demanding a tip is ridiculous.

Very disappointed, we got in, no one at the door to greet us. So we walk more in to head to the terrace. We spoke to the guy at the bar to get a table, he said we need to be seated. But no one at the door still. We were asked to walk back at the front and when we asked to get a table outside, we were told they have to serve other customers that came after. Above all this, none of the employees seemed motivated to do their job and they just did not care at all offering customer service. We ended up leaving and very insulted.

I made. Reservations for 6pm. We were all there on time but still waited 15 minutes to be seated. The dining was empty! As soon as we sat down the waitress came to tell us that we had until 8 pm to eat and then we would have to vacate. Ok 15 minutes to be seated 45 minutes for service. We were afraid to pass 8pm. Never again! The food was terrible. Not worth it. I repeat, never again!

We visited Carlos & Pepe’s around 10:00 PM. The service was very good—respectful, friendly, and attentive ,The prices were affordable . However, I was disappointed with the food. The rice was extremely dry and difficult to chew, and it lacked the flavor I remember from previous visits. Additionally, one of the plates brought to our table was dirty, and we had to ask for a replacement. While mistakes can happen, I believe it’s important for staff to double-check items before serving them. Overall, great service but the food and attention to detail could be improved.

The service was awful! Although i reserved a table and write a note that i want a good spot they gave me a table under sun without any cover which was really annoying! The waitress was not good. The food was good

This restraint is a joke. A horrible experience dining in and through uber eats. The times I have been ordering through uber eats orders have arrived wrong, wet and cold and at time I order well before closing time like 2 hrs before and they never get my order done it says it’s wrapping up and I wait for hours. For dining in I had a chicken burrito and nachos. They were both cold on arrival at the table and the server had an attitude. I asked for hot sauce and it never came. Even after this I ate the food and I immediately got explosive diarrhea and had to rush my self out of the restaurant it was such an embarrassing moment as I was on a business meeting with the executives. I had so much explosive diarrhea I had to go to the emergency room and on top of that I had to wait 13 hrs with explosive diarrhea. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to a dog. This is inhumane and traumatizing. Till now now the diarrhea was so bad I got ulcers and hermroids. Never again will I eat here because of this place I have to pack preparation h everyday.
