The filet mignon was rubber. I asked for medium and it was very dry and hard. I told the waitress Brigitte and she did nothing. She completely ignored me. How a place like this stays in business is beyond me. I wouldn't even feed that meat to my dog. Never going to step foot into this place again. This is not authentic Greek food. A big insult to Greek cuisine.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I recently had the experience of dining at this establishment over the weekend and was utterly appalled at the lack of assistance that their staff provided when during dinner one of our guests choked on his food and collapsed. No one from the restaurant’s staff or management bothered to come to see what was happening and help us in the required actions. We as the customers had to move the tables ourselves to make room for the ambulance people and firemen to access our choking guest. We also had to make the 911 call ourselves and the neighbouring diners were appalled that no staff came to help and commented on it. For the restaurant it was business as usual. Is this what we call humanity? I would not recommend that future customers attend this establishment. We were treated by this staff with apathy and an unwillingness to help a fellow man.

The meals came with soup which was actually very nice. Portion was small but for the price it’s a value added bonus and it was nice and hot. I could have had soup and salad with fresh bread and been happy. Maybe they should add this option to the menu.
Butterfly shrimp dish was nice and portion was good as was the seasoning and all the accoutrements. The Cesar salad was also decent even though it was not homemade dressing.
Fish and chips, not very Greek, was decent however the fish breading was way too think and too much breading ratio to fish. The breading was also unseasoned or poorly seasoned at best. It was also too greasy. I think it’s a nice idea to have on the menu for people who may not want a Greek style of cuisine. Just redo this. And make it more like the British do and use cod or halibut and a much thicker piece of fish and season the batter.
Overall not too bad for the money. I’m sure that their traditional Greek dishes are better as I recall coming to this place years back. It’s not the best Greek restaurant, but it’s pretty good.
I would consider retiring for a business lunch again, but not a dinner out.

Service was good. She came to ask me ,if everything was good ,when I was done with my plate, Quality of Food is pretty good for these type of restaurants. The portion is not the same as it was before they are 20% smaller. WE paid ALL REGULAR PRICES. A bit noisy.

I'm revising my previous review and lowering the rating due to a disappointing experience. The service was underwhelming our server appeared untrained and unfamiliar with the menu. As for the kitchen, the quality of the food suggested a lack of care. We ordered a medium-rare steak and received one that was thoroughly overcooked. When we brought this up, the server suggested reheating it in the microwave, which was both surprising and unhelpful. Additionally, we received the wrong order. Overall, it felt like neither the front nor back of house was invested in delivering a good dining experience.

I have eaten at several Casa Grecque during my life and unfortunately this one was the worst so far. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes before we got our plates and what's more, the kitchen had made a mistake with my order (my order had, however, been written in black and white by the waitress when I received my bill). There was no rice on my plate even though I had asked for extra rice and the dressing chosen for the salad was very bland. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because our waitress (who is past retirement age) did her best to accommodate our needs.

The restaurant was almost empty and we waited 40 minutes to get our plates because Uber orders take priority over customers in the room. The waiter didn't even realize his hands were touching the food when he placed the plates on the table. Very little impressed…
