I ordered a large poutine that I had to throw away more than half because the fries were really hard and old, I even called to notify the manager of the situation because normally the quality and service are excellent but the one who made my poutine answered me and told me that it was impossible because he had made it himself. So here is proof of what is left in the bowl.

Casa Santos – A must-see that I recommend 100%!
What deserves to be highlighted above all is the impeccable customer service. Last July: I called the restaurant the day before to place my order, and the young man who answered (I regret I forgot his name) was incredibly courteous and patient, even in the face of my hesitation. The next day, Alex took over for the follow-up, and everything was perfectly orchestrated! I did the experience again in December and still the same: 100% service
The presentation of the dishes, the speed of the service and the kindness of Alex really contributed to a memorable experience. The establishment itself is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our meal so much that we didn't even take the time to take photos!
The food was simply delicious, well prepared and tasty. A big congratulations to the Casa Santos team!
