I stopped by Gerard Patates after a soccer match with my boys, and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. We ordered a submarine trio and two trio cheeseburgers, and everything was great. While we were eating, the staff surprised us with a complimentary plate of freshly made donut holes—at least 20 of them! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the kids were thrilled. I can’t make it every week, but...
Same comment as a previous customer; the cheese from the poutine at the bottom of the plate and the fries on top?! Strange... And the sauce has a, shall we say, particular taste... but to each their own, I guess.
FYI: almost $45 for 2 routines, 4 drinks and a popcorn chicken.

No problem on site! Today I ordered 3 hot dogs and I clearly mentioned that I didn't want a lot of condiments to prevent my hot dogs from being soggy. They delivered me 3 soaked hot dogs. The manager was kind enough to exchange them for me but I did not appreciate the attitude of the delivery man who brought them to me.
It's not my fault they were wrong. I am polite and a good customer. I pay, it's normal that I want to eat what I ordered.
