It's very good!!!! A multitude of choices, new flavors frequently, smiling employees... nothing to complain about!Parking: You have to be careful at busier times since the parking lots also serve nearby shops so it can be difficult to find space, but there is always the Adonis parking lot next door otherwise.

Horrible service. Some employee who didn’t want to give his name talked very rudely to my elderly mother and I did not appreciate it. It’s not her fault for not knowing every option on the menu! Employees should be trained to understand clients and help them by making recommendations and trying to up sell. They shouldn’t be giving u the cold shoulder and talking in sarcasm. I asked another employee what the name of who served me was, and I was told his name is vincent. Will not be returning hope you guys stay in business with such horrible staff

I arrive at 9:42 pm on September 29th, the place closes at 10pm. The blonde young female worker with glasses refuses to put toppings on my ice cream of 6 dollars, because she claims the toppings section is "closed" despite me being able to see the Tupperware of toppings. I work in the restaurant industry & if we close at 10pm, we close at 10pm. The unwillingness to provide customer service in this young lady is surreal.

Chocolats favoris is an ice cream parlour specialize in many chocolat dipping and some special ice cream flavor like lime and such. There is a lot more then ice cream corn that you can buy. Sundae, chocolate treat, chocolate fondue, there's so much I can't list them all. There's also a reward program that you install an app on your phone and scan each time. There's challenge in them too. This will reward with free treat and rebates. It's free to do so why not? As for the treats themselves, they are rich in taste, rich in calories (its ice cream and chocolat after all) and very good. It's not my favorite place because price is a premium, but it's a very good place specially for dipped ice cream cone. I sometime prefer blizzard and this is something that cannot be found at this place, and that's why a star is deduced. As for the place itself, you have many indoor seating, outdoor seatings and a little fountain at the entrance.

The service was very good but I also went around 9:00 at night so there was not too many people the ice cream there is fantastic you cannot go wrong but it is a little pricey I guess you get what you pay for ☺️

Extremely courteous staff that goes the extra mile! They made me a custom gift basket for Mother's Day. They were extremely patient and you see the respect and passion that the staff has. Definitely will go back.
