I read a LOT of bad reviews about take out and not about the restaurant, which is clearly not justified per se! So today I had lunch at Ciel Bleu and this without any expectations. I enjoyed my lunch! The place looks indeed like an old dinner from the past century, and it's cool. I had the combo chicken filet which was really ok as expected in that kind of place.

They accepted a custom pizza order and did an amazing job on it. Cooked to perfection and it came promptly and piping hot! This place is under rated and if not for the lack of parking, I believe that it would be busier.

There are very few places like this left. I love the old school deli style pizzarias. The MTL style pizza was perfect, great crust, well balanced sauce and generous cheese. Nothing fancy just good pizza. Merci!

This is THE place for Pizza.. the absolute best place .. just like the old ciel bleu ( around 2010) got to go back, that is for sure. Plenty of topping and fantastic crust..
So my gf and I used to order from this place when we lived in Laval in 2019-2020. Used to be our favorite pizza but then we moved…so I went back recently to pick one up for old time sake… I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place since we used to order all the time… but the pizza was completely different. The dough, the sauce (a lot less), the toppings…I’m not sure if maybe I went on an off day but I will post pics from when we used to have it vs the one I had today and you be the judge. I heard they changed owners maybe that’s why?
Anywho I was pretty disappointed. Hopefully it was just an off day but not sure I will go back.

Reopened with new owners in 2024 - pizza still really great, juicy as it was but now crust is even better - tastes like great bread. The sizes are more standard, they no longer offer 18in pizzas, but the 16in was enough for our family of four w/ a large caesar salad.
