The last two times we have gone we have had issues. The first time my order was incorrectly prepared (runny eggs instead of hard). They were very apologetic and took it back to correct it. Instead of prepping a new eggs Benedict, they took the wrong eggs off and just replaced them - which took 10 minutes. The English muffin was cold and had absorbed the runny eggs because again they only replaced the eggs and didn’t remake the meal. We ended up returning the meal because it was cold and prepared wrong (and while they didn’t charge us for it, they also didn’t offer anything to help offset that I didn’t get my meal) while everyone else at our table ate.

We figured everyone can have an off day so we opted to give them another chance a few weeks later. We ordered food to go today and while it came reasonably quickly, the bill was wrong and we were overcharged by $20. We caught it before leaving, but we needed to chase down the waitress in order to get it rectified. We also never got the coffee to go that came with the meal either. So while the food there (when prepared correctly) is good, they appear understaffed and make too many mistakes for us be able to recommend them to others.
