Very rude and aggressive employee. The one with the red hair to be specific. I was in line for 10 mins trying to order 2 coffees and dessert. While I was about to pay for my order at 8:36 she told me that I was not allowed to sit because she was closing in 20 mins, even when I told her I only needed 10 mins to have my coffee. Some people are not meant to work with the public. Very insulting. Never going there anymore.

In line to get food at 8:30 got approached by a worker (heavy French accent and red head )to be specific but it really doesn’t matter it was the experience that I will Never repeat. Extremely aggressive screaming for us to get out no more sitting in front of the cafe (in mall) or in the store … my simple Question was where do u want me to eat my food coffee and piece a cake ??!?!? On the floor 😏I was beside myself with her aggression and impoliteness so chose to give my money to Roma cafe in front of Zara super welcoming and kind they had no problem serving us

Horrible customer service. We came in at 8:30 pm and ordered 30$ worth of food and coffee. Then the waitress aggressively told us that we can't eat inside on the tables because they are closing soon. We told her were we suppose to eat and drink? Can we stay 30 min till you close? The waitress rudely put the wooden chairs on the table and looked at us aggressively if we were homeless ppl. Never ever seen something like this before...never again.. We ended up ordering and sitting at Coffee Romy next to the garden and they welcomed us in open arms. They even opened the already wrapped plates to give us food.
