Food doesnât look nothing like pictures hamburger patties are paper thin and burnt service was horrible couldnât understand me and even when I spoke French they barely knew what I was saying. On top of all that it costed extra to put cheese on a poutine why call it a poutine if I need to add cheese when the order already costed 65$. Was excited to try this restaurant looked really good on the website but was very disappointed when I went to go eat it, literally worse food Iâve had McDonaldâs taste better and itâs cheaper.

As an Uber Eats driver, Iâve consistently experienced poor service at this restaurant. They donât provide a note about bringing an insulated bag, yet staff speak rudely when we arrive without one. Their behaviour toward delivery drivers is disrespectful and unprofessional. Hoping to see improvement.

Edit: Unfortunately I was also up all night with food poisoning:( Food was tasty but the staff was less than welcoming. Picked up a to go order and the guy behind the counter couldnât be bothered to utter a word to me. He just handed over the bag and stared blankly like he couldnât care less when I said thank you. I donât expect a huge friendly welcome from a fast food takeout place at 9pm, but basic courtesy is the minimum.
