I had a bad customer service experience I bought a sum of $500 for Ramadan they forgot some items to put them in the bag I contacted the store to explain she told me ok instead of a box of 6 I will offer you a box of 12 as we forgot I said ok thank you for the gesture we went there today the cashier and she called me I know it her voice she told me oh c you for the box forgot ok she told me ok box of 6 c sa c you want 12 another price I was shocked I told her that yesterday you told me that you are going to receive a box of 12 instead of 6 she told me no I said nothing you want me to ask the boss I said no I'm not here for free items lhmd I have my money just for the way of service at the customers in passing I bought 24 batbote I'm a handful with too much salt it looks like I'm eating salt no batbote lmouhim challah the bump tekra hade the comment because we are loyal customers it's not just Ramadan customers

Seriously was a bad bad bad service the food is good but the staff are unprofessional i have to wait 35 mn to get my bread basket back because i requested extra bread when she brought the bread the omelette and the tea were cold which I couldn’t drink or eat them anymore

I placed the order on Wednesday and we confirmed everything and confirmed that the order pickup time was 5 p.m. before 5 p.m. around 4:30 p.m. The store was closed. I had guests waiting for me at home for dinner and in the end no one answered me, I spent 2 hours just trying to call the person, they didn't answer me, what's more, I'm 7 months pregnant for this reason I can't cook at home so he answered me until the next day so he could tell me he apologized because there was a communication problem internal between the staff and them normally that day was closed. He didn't even call me a day in advance to cancel the order or something like that no it's after the day of the order and he added that she can give me $100 off for the next order I don't understand, do they believe that people are just looking for money or discounts? I had guests who flew 10 hours, I was really ashamed, I didn't even know what to do. It was already late 5 p.m., everything was closed. I would love to give 0 stars.
