Allergies!! On a a acheté un gâteau à la crème glacée. Zéro étiquette (pas certaine que c’est légal), pas de liste d’ingrédients… On a demandé à la personne au comptoir s’il y avait des œufs ou noix 3 fois. Chaque fois, même réponse : « non ».
Juste avant de servir, j’ai eu un doute et j’ai vérifié sur le web. Des œufs… ouf, on s’est évité une ride d’ambulance de justesse.
J’ai laissé un message demandant au responsable du DQ de me rappeler. Zéro retour. Silence.
Morale: ne vous fiez pas sur eux pour les allergènes ni pour le service après vente.

A good Oreo ice cream cake. Impeccable service.

Service is always good. Ice cream cakes always delicious, though a bit pricey- to add an image to decorate the cake brings a 8-10 people cake to around 50$. But overall very satisfied. Strawberry cheesecake Blizzard ice cream cake amazing.
