Service is always good. Ice cream cakes always delicious, though a bit pricey- to add an image to decorate the cake brings a 8-10 people cake to around 50$. But overall very satisfied. Strawberry cheesecake Blizzard ice cream cake amazing.

Terrible service. I had to tell the girl how to make it properly. I think I got a teaspoon of topping on the smallest bit of ice cream in my sundae. The portion was not of the norm. She had to go get utensils from the back as well because she said there were no clean ones on hand. I've been going to this location since the late 1970s! I guess it's true, you can't find any good help anymore. I will go to other locations from now on. Obviously the employees here are not trained, and not supervised as to how they are doing.

They don’t have a scanner to scan your points and rewards so they don’t let you use your rewards and they make more money they shouldn’t do that since they have an app for rewards and all.

I ordered a custom cake for 24 people. The service I got was amazing, the girl that helped me took the time to call me to make sure she did what I really want. Service when I picked it up was amazing too, very sweet people. Highly recommend.
