Was there on Monday with my wife and kid,went there again today. Dairy Queen is a great ice cream store, has a little something for everyone.There is a girl that works there,(she was there monday at 3 and again today at around 1) What a pleasure it was to be served by her.very friendly and welcoming,patient and with a smile on her face.God bless her. Recommend anyone to go and get served by her!

*DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES* We came to this Dairy Queen this Monday around 8:30 p.m. My partner with a severe peanut allergy usually comes to Dairy Queen since their allergy policy is strict and they are very careful about cross contamination. On the other hand, we did not receive this quality of service at the Dairy Queen in Sainte-Dorothée (on Boulevard Samson). Despite specifying as usual that I had a peanut allergy when ordering, after a few bites my partner realized that his blizzard contained a lot of Reese's. This triggered his anaphylactic shock and we were quickly taken to the hospital where he could be treated. This employee error is extremely serious and could have ended much worse than it ended up. I can't imagine if this situation had happened to an allergic child. This shows that the employees of this branch are negligent and do not follow the standards established by the company for which they work. We will not return and if you have allergies, I strongly advise you to abstain.
What happened to this location? The employees, the ice cream, the salubrity, everything is just wrong :O I'm considering contacting Dairy Queen itself to let them know of this dirty facility

I have been going to this location for over a decade. Unfortunately, after going 3 times recently (June and July 2024), I have been so disappointed with the ice cream itself (very cheap and small quantity) but also with the cleanliness. The lady who served me licked her fingers while adding some toppings to my ice cream. I honestly didn't know how to react. I will never go back. The owners must have changed...

The guy working on August 20th at 930 pm was excellent.. respectful, well spoken, confirmed the order, looked at us in the eyes. Felt like he cared which ice cream I took. keep it up!!!
