Dairy Queen (Treat)

We had a terrible experience at this place. A red-headed lady, who claimed to be the owner, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She mistakenly gave us the wrong order, and although we paid for what we actually ordered, she ran after us and accused us of stealing if we didn’t pay for her mistake. This happened while we were sitting there with our kids, clearly not trying to “steal” anything.

Despite the confusion being her fault, she never apologized and continued to act disrespectfully. We ended up paying for her mistake, but the whole encounter was upsetting and handled poorly. We won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. The service is absolutely horrible.

We ordered a Blizzard Extra Reese and it clearly didn't have any Extra Reese. It was white and tasted like nothing. The cashier told me that they put the extra. Very disappointing!

The service was amazing, 5/5. This was probably the best ice cream i’ve eaten in the last 20 years, and as a ice cream enthusiast i recommend this dairy queen!

Nice and delicious drink but I got overcharged :(

La femme au cheveux roux aucun respect. ZERO service a la clientele. 8$ pour un blizzard ? Gagne de malades. Le blizzard etait plus comme une soupe. Quand j'ai fini de payer j'ai dit merci bcps et elle ne m'a meme pas regarde. Une rousse muette.Woman at the counter is clueless. She never looked at me nor smiled she was daized out. If your the owner please explain to her how to adjust the ice cream machine. I ordered a blizzard but it felt more like a soupe...the ice cream was to soft. Please train your emplyees proplerly and when I paid I said to her thank you very much but she said nothing to me..a basic "have a nice day" would have been decent. But this red head woman was stone cold.

Paying $8 for an overpriced blizzard, and being refused a glass of tap water on the pretext that only bottled water is sold, it's hard. Real thieves, no respect for customers! Place to avoid absolutely!!!

I went today with my son to buy him a dessert and when I arrived at the counter I said hello and the waitress with red hair looked at me and she didn't even bother to answer after I said hello to her a second time. and she continues with her unpleasant look without answering after I told her you don't answer Hello, she answered me with a disrespectful tone and she told me I'm listening to you! customer service 0 pity that the customer himself teaches him respect and know how to be a person who agrees to work with 0 / 10 for his customer service.

Ice cream with all flavors and a very delicious taste

Very unsatisfied! We ordered a blizzard and a smoothie and Unfortunately we ended up with a iced drink with the same flavor and our blizzard was ok . Your cashier rudely refused to replace our drink we wanted .She said it was our fault.I clearly stated a smoothie .
