Awful AI customer service. I realized right after I placed my order that my address was wrong. I reached out to them before it was shipped and they said it was too late even though it was still in their warehouse. They refused to pull the order and re-route it. When it got returned to them I reached out yet again and they said it had been delivered even though the tracking clearly states "returned to sender". At the end of the email it clearly stated that it was written by AI.
Excellent choice of tea
I can only advise against DAVIDsTEA. I have always been a loyal customer, but after this experience it is clear that this company only cares about their money and profits. Their customer service is a disaster – not only are they disorganized, but they don't even follow through on their commitments. I was very respectful and patient but the second a problem arose I was completely ignored with NO resolution.
The products are good, but you can find better quality tea and much cheaper elsewhere, with much more respectful service. DAVIDsTEA lost me as a customer and I will never come back.
Davids Tea used to be great but not so anymore! I have not received tea that was ordered in Nov and I have sent email after email to them without so much as a reply or acknowledgment of my problem! I would not recommend them anymore since their customer service no longer exists and they have my money but I don’t have my tea! Terrible way to treat a long-standing customer!
my last order was very short with most of it not present, ive been trying to get a hold of them for over a month to report to get my money back or my order and cannot get any confirmation. feeling ripped off
The welcome and the service were perfect until the time of paying... the person at reception was able to listen and served me well... when I went to the checkout, it was another person who didn't even look at me when I put my tea bag down, no hello...he was looking at a cell phone...nothing to tell me he was preparing my bill... he simply placed a black cell phone in front of me without saying anything to me. I ask him the price and he tells me it's written there!!! What a lack of customer service...he didn't even want to force himself to tell me out loud...we have better service at Dollarama...very disappointed with the end of my purchase.
Really bad management skills. They have 2 lines. One where the customer spends 15 min to order tea and another line where the customer stands again for 15 min to pay the bill. Their tea may be good, but I will give "0" for customer experience.
Extremely rude store manager. Will be writing a formal complaint with the company, but just a heads up for all shoppers. Someone is clearly lacking the holiday spirit and shows absolutely no appreciation towards customers.
I went there for the first time. A lady who seemed to be asking questions monopolized the employee who was there at the checkout. There were 3 of us waiting to pay for products in line, while another employee was also supposedly helping this same lady or waiting, I don't know. In the end we all left, because there were too many expectations. I waited 15 minutes to try to pay..
I go back 2 weeks later, I buy a Christmas box for $36 + tax, the price seems exorbitant but it's a gift. There's almost no tea in it, the portions are ridiculous and what's more, what was my surprise to find exactly this same box for $19 (reduced to $16) at Jean Coutu! Really super disappointed, I really liked DAVIDsTEA but the prices are enormous for tea that is no longer up to par.
I just left the store, waited some minutes while 3 employees were talking and laughing. I refuse to spend my money at this place. At least the girls were having fun at work!

The employee from the polo park store, Unity, is amazing! she is very helpful and friendly. I hope she gets promoted or give her a raise.

Tell me please, in what Universe of logix we are living? 36 sachets, 6 flavours, and probably it's mean each flavour x 6 sachets. But NO. 5 flavours x 7 sachets, 1 flavour - ONLY ONE SACHET. JUST WHY?????
I have bought this wheel second time. And second time - the same story with the same flavour.
