Got the matcha shaker. Used it twice, and now the match shaking piece is stuck inside the cup. No way of removing it.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I ordered Dec 11th. Got notified dec15 it shipped. Hasn’t moved! I emailed the company and they have absolutely no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation email and my shipping email AND they even charged my card. They said they will escalate my concerns to the higher ups to investigate and it’s been crickets since. I was a first time buyer and I will never ever buy from them again. Horrific experience, buyers beware!

I placed my order in early December and am still unable to get an answer from this company regarding the status of my order. Customer Service is awful. No one responds to email requests or to the forms filled out online. There is no phone number to contact for assistance. My last email requested a refund to my credit card which they have not responded to. I will never order from this company again going forward. Someone at the very least needs to respond to shipping inquiries.

I ordered the Black Camellia Ceramic Teapot & Teacup Set, but it arrived without a lid. Customer service told me the lid "is not essential to use the teapot," which makes no sense for an expensive product meant for brewing tea properly. They offered a partial refund or an exchange that requires me to pay shipping, even though the mistake was theirs. I expected better accountability and customer care from DAVIDsTEA. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

l recently ordered 65 sachets of Cold 911 tea, reached out because far many of the tea bags have been defective. After multiple emails they told me nothing could be done, waste of time, and very poor customer service.

Testing my dishes for lead tonight I discovered that the Tropical Yellow Perfect Mug I purchased from DavidsTea back in 2021 has a significant amount of lead in the painted leaves bordering the INSIDE lip of mug. With tea often being on the acidic side I can only imagine how much lead has leached into my tea over the past few years. Being the 2020’s we should not still be finding paint containing lead in the products we eat and drink from. I can only imagine how many of your other cups over the years have also contained lead. Went to place an order and it didn’t give me the buy 1 get 1 free offer that they advertised. Sent an email, response was they escalate for someone to help me. That was over 3 days ago and NO RESPONSE. Sent 2 follow up emails and still no response . I used to love this company, probably on the way to another restructuring called BANKRUPTCY….so disappointed like many of the reviewers!

Placed an order on May 7th, and like so many others here, it has been sitting in pre-shipment for a month now. I asked when it was considered lost so that I could get a refund and was told that is not an option. Being charged for an item and then not receiving it a month later is unacceptable. This is the worst experience that I have had with a company in a very long time.

Hey DAVIDsTEA after repeated emails and no response how can I get some resolution for order #2547928 ? $84 dollars is a lot and you should prioritize your customers!!! It’s been in “pre-shipment “ since may 9th!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!!

used to love this company but it has gone to garbage. placed an order early May, got a tracking email but the package never shipped. customer service is now AI and absolutely awful when they DO respond. cannot recommend these teas anymore.

Awful AI customer service. I realized right after I placed my order that my address was wrong. I reached out to them before it was shipped and they said it was too late even though it was still in their warehouse. They refused to pull the order and re-route it. When it got returned to them I reached out yet again and they said it had been delivered even though the tracking clearly states "returned to sender". At the end of the email it clearly stated that it was written by AI.

I can only advise against DAVIDsTEA. I have always been a loyal customer, but after this experience it is clear that this company only cares about their money and profits. Their customer service is a disaster – not only are they disorganized, but they don't even follow through on their commitments. I was very respectful and patient but the second a problem arose I was completely ignored with NO resolution.

The products are good, but you can find better quality tea and much cheaper elsewhere, with much more respectful service. DAVIDsTEA lost me as a customer and I will never come back.

Davids Tea used to be great but not so anymore! I have not received tea that was ordered in Nov and I have sent email after email to them without so much as a reply or acknowledgment of my problem! I would not recommend them anymore since their customer service no longer exists and they have my money but I don’t have my tea! Terrible way to treat a long-standing customer!
