Nice little takeout spot that we recently discovered. Service is a bit slow but the food makes up for it. The lady behind the counter is an OG who can definitely cook. The griot is a bit salty but very tasty. It’s been a while since I’ve tasted a good légumes with white rice and sauce pois at a Haitian restaurant. I would recommend
For $15 I got a large dish of delicious griot, cash only tax included. It's the same lady who has been cooking for 20 years, well hidden, very small, ideal for a picnic and not expensive!!!! I don't know why there are 1 stars, it's always been excellent!!! I see lots of comments about the lady it's ridiculous she is old and tired not racist at all!!!! On the other hand cash only the rice is not dry it gives broth to put on it!!!

This place is a whole in the wall, the food is always amazing and for the lady we'll she might be slow but she will give you a great portion and is always nice. Best griot I had
