This pasta is completely overrated. We order the bolognese pasta and cesear salad. It tasted like Chef Boyardee. It was overcooked, sweet and starchy. The cesear dressing was pretty much mayo. I do not recommend.

Ive been ordering from this place for years, but lately service and food has been bad on few occasions. ive now stopped going to elpastaman laval. First I ordered the Carborana pasta, came without any sauce. Second I went in store for pasta and cesear salad, pasta was ok that time, but salad came with no dreasing. Last time i ordered i received complete different pasta dish from what i had ordered.

I've been to my fair share of disappointing restaurants, but this one really stood out — unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. I received my food around 6:20, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, I still had to wait about 10 minutes.
The food itself was quite underwhelming: overly oily and lacking in flavor. What concerned me most, however, was the hygiene. I didn’t see any staff wearing gloves, and at no point did I notice anyone washing their hands — which is a serious red flag in any food establishment.
On top of that, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff were unwelcoming and gave the impression they didn’t really want to be there, let alone cook.
All in all, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Disappointed – Closed During Posted Hours I was really looking forward to trying this place after hearing good things, but unfortunately, it was closed when I arrived—even though it was well within their posted business hours. There was no sign or update to explain why, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
I understand that things happen, but a heads-up with a note on the door would’ve been appreciated. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue, and they’ll be more consistent in the future.
