Ordered via their website. Added a note for a specific meal. I receive a wrong item upon delivery. I call restaurant and explain their mistake....I was told sorry they cant do anything for it. They stated to me we read the note but we did nothing about it.... I say why did u not call ...u obviously make it mandatory to have my number on the online order. Again...no consideration into the clients wrong order from the store. I ask for a refund of that order (the rest was good)... I am told sorry we cant. Back and forth on the phone.....zero client skills and client service. Finally after 10 minutes of their wrongdoing they say we gonna send u the correct item!!! Was a regular client......loyal...happy and all.. But this one was the end of the line.....no more this place nor their restaurant for me. Done were the good days.....and good food and good service.....whomever is there now is not at its place..total downfall of this establishment. ...will be going to other souvlaki places and not marathons!! Bye bye marathons!! 😀

We got sick right after eating our meal. Either the salad was contaminated by salmonella or the pork sandwich or the rice I don't know! But all we ate got wasted 🤮. My wife called the store and talked to the manager of the store, and his response was, "we have no report of anyone getting sick from our meal yesterday." Well, here I'm reporting now! I don't know what to say.
Never a bad experience with Marathons. I always get the plate with 2 gyros, marathon salad and half fries/rice.
I like that the gyros have a generous amount of tzatziki, pita is soft and holds up well, won’t break apart as you’re eating. Keeping it simple with tomato & onions pairs well with the overall flavor of the gyros.
Rice is cooked perfectly, I like that the fries are soft and the salad is fresh.
Overall a pretty satisfying meal.

Long time loyal customer. I just ordered today. It's so damn good. I always get the chicken souvlaki pita plate, but this time I got the chicken souvlaki stick plate. Delicious and so satisfying to eat the chicken with their delicious tzatziki. The fries of course are amazing as usual, as is the marathon salad and dressing, which is packed with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta and green salad. The owner is very smart to not charge extra for the tzatziki when you order the chicken stick plate (some other places do this, and it's a big mistake). It's required for the dish and just makes it perfect, 10/10.

They gave me the wrong order. Luckily I live 30 minutes from the restaurant. They still offer me a credit for next time. The fact remains that I just lost 1 hour and I have to go get fast food to compensate.

I have been going to this restaurant for 30 years, always good. Negative point the portions have become too small for the price a salad at the grocery store does not cost that much to give if you can, with a non-existent piece of cheese I am over the portions. Too bad I travel 1h30 to eat at this restaurant and the portions are too small. 3 pieces of meat in a souvlaki. Too little. O at least this good.
