I’m very upset because there was a payment mistake and two extra orders were placed, but no one has offered to correct it. I was told to text the shop number so you could check, but no one is answering the phone at all.
It’s hard to believe that such a large store cannot handle this kind of issue. This was not my fault, and I’m really shocked and disappointed.
Belle service
Everything was perfect — from the presentation to the taste! The place is cozy and welcoming, the food is fresh and full of flavor. It may be a little on the pricy side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent
Bought frozen croissants they never grew and after 25 min still raw inside..won't be going back...also very expensive .
Been going for years. Prices rising and pastries shrinking. Went today and they gave us day old pastries. At that price expect freshness. Owner focused on other restaurant and becoming apparent. Hope they bring back quality at that price.
These are some of the best pastries I’ve ever had in my whole entire lifetime.
As a regular here, I have noticed that quality and freshness has fallen over time.
Not worth the price
It’s just very expensive otherwise it’s very bad. Not worth wasting your money go somewhere else. Service too is just so so
Ordered a Fraisier which is normally made with almond paste but we got somethibg closer to a strawberry shortcake instead. Was good in taste but not what we were looking for.

One of the best bakeries. Sitting there gives positive energy. I tried the cappuccino and the eclair dessert. It was the best ever. The service was excellent and the staff were respectful. At the same time, the prices were relatively high.
Amazing bakery and exceptional service !

The quality of the trompe oeils are impecable. A literal piece of art. I loved how all of them had a great balance of sweet, tart and sour. I loved the different textures too.
My personal favorite was the lemon one, it's small, soft and sour. My partner enjoyed the cocoa one, because it had a rich chocolate taste. The mango one was refreshing and I loved the fresh mango cubes inside. The pear looked so realistic and the flavour is subtle, yet earthy.
We got coffee to go with our cakes and they were great too !
Overall, we loved the desserts and we will be coming back !
Nice experience and fresh products, 40$ for all of this.. pricey, but good quality!
