Really disappointed. The portions are tiny and in terms of flavors it's ordinary (the penne had almost no sauce). For 14-15 dollars a meal you might as well go to a restaurant and eat your fill. Maybe my expectations were too high due to the number of positive reviews?

Short version: no customer service, poor delivery service, website delivery status update only 2 days after being delivered.
Long version: Im going to start with what im not sure, the food is for my uncle and had no problem with taste. However, at my second delivery, they delivered it at the wrong address and by the time my neighbor came back from his vacation the food had already been in front of his door for at least 1 day(2days if the delievery date on the box is true) and had to throw away 126$ worth of food.
Here is the problem, i both tried to contact them through phone to never get an answer, even left a message and never got called back. As for the emil contact, i did that too, only to get an automated message asking for command number, which i anwsered each time, to never get a response back after 5 days.

I used to order vegan meals which were good, but now when you click on vegetarian dishes it's only dishes with meat that appear and this has been going on for months already. Lack of organization on the site and I can no longer order because there are no more options for me.

We received our dishes more than 24 hours late. The ice was completely melted and the food was hot/warm in lukewarm water. We have had no response from customer service after contacting them. We had to throw away meals to prevent anyone from getting sick.

Very good dishes! good variety! The only thing that disappointed me was that the nutritional values were not listed on the dishes, only the number of calories. It's difficult to know how much protein the dishes contain without going to the site. It would be much quicker to have it registered. Especially when you have to calculate everything ??

3 meals were missing from my box. I wrote to customer service and NEVER got a response, despite trying to contact them several times.
** I would be surprised if you don't have orders in my name because I ordered FitMenu for several weeks. With another email address than this one, but under the same name. Order number was 237223. Never reordered after this bad experience.
