Kitchen:Let me be a little more harsh since the prices are a little higher than in other fast food restaurants. The milkshake is excellent, I highly recommend it. Same as the fries, although I find them a little salty but that's what you'd expect from fast food fries.As for the main course, namely a fully dressed bacon cheeseburger, I would like to congratulate this restaurant for the quality of the ingredients. Real beef, cheese, etc... without an artificial or otherwise fishy aftertaste like we too often find in other popular fast foods (McDonald's, KFC, etc.) It's all about the taste, I really loved it , without more however. I can't say that the Five Guys burger stands out from a homemade one (with all the pluses and minuses that that represents).The presentation leaves a little to be desired: my hamburger came all squished into a ball of aluminum foil at the bottom of a paper bag. I'm not complaining too much, but oh well.Overall the price is worth it but I wouldn't go there every week.Service:Kind, polite, dynamic employees who do their job well, and there seems to be a good team atmosphere between them which is always pleasant to see. The service isn't too long, it took me about 3 minutes for my milkshake and maybe 7 minutes for the rest.Ambiance: The restaurant is magnificent. The thematic red is very vibrant and the white is bright, I suspect that the building is quite new. Everything is very clean and well arranged, it's a pleasure to the eyes. There are small postcards and pencils available to make drawings while waiting and then hang them on a board, I find it very nice and I would like to come back just to see the progress and what the other customers let's put it in!Parking: Apparently there is the possibility of parking in an underground parking lot for 1 hour for free, however I was not aware of this and was able to park in the street (note: parking for 10 minutes maximum, so I do not recommend this if you want to eat there)

Been here twice now on Saturdays around noon - Location is easy to access but limited street parking. We did not have any issues finding parking when we went, but since there is no designated lot, depending on time of day or event going on around the area, it might get crowded.Restaurant was pretty empty both times we went, we were served quickly and accurately. I've tried Five Guys on the West Island and the experience has been just as good. This location is newer, not very big but still a decent amount of tables and room to eat. I love the huge windows and layout - it makes a huge difference with the amount of natural sunlight coming through.Another feature I love at this location is the washroom area. There are 3 individual restrooms for total privacy and comfort, and a communal sink area on the outside. This means that you can wash your hands without entering the actual bathroom if you quickly need to rinse before or after you eat. You can also see customers as they come out of the restoom and observe if they wash their hands or not since this is out in the open.Food quality is consistent both times I went and on par with other locations. Burgers are flavorful and made to order - fries are generous. Just the poutine could be better, they serve it to you in a closed plastic container and the curds were all melted, to the point of being stretchy - I suspect they do not use fresh curds as this would not happen with fresher cheese, it should remain intact and squeeky.If you're looking for large decadent burgers and customizable options - this is the place to go. Free peanuts are also a nice touch.

Five guys is just my favorite fast food if we talk about taste alone. Now factor in the quality of the ingredients used it's just the best fast food you can get. This one is as clean efficient and have the same quality in service than most nothing else too different than the regular five guys experience

In short, it was okay, nothing more. The hamburger deserved a 3 star, but the rest.... In short, I was not impressed especially since several people spoke well of this place to me. Otherwise, the attendant took my order correctly and there was no mistake. On the other hand, during peak periods, I suggest you buy to take away, because there are very few seats.

Ordered a poutine they had no forks. Ordered a hotdog they had no buns. And then they gave our fries away to another order and then we had to wait more. I had 22 hungry kids. Not really happy with this five guys. Glad I don’t live around here. Worst five guys I ever been to.
