I order 5 portions of chicken/fries for 5 children and I ask the nice lady to separate them so that each child has their own bag.
I receive my order, and the manager or owner comes out of nowhere and with a dry and stupid look he says to the waitress IN FRONT OF ME
5 servings of mayonaise/ketchup for 5 combo c too give it 2.
(btw they are too cheap it mixes mayo and ketchup in a small container)

Putin disgusting. I've never seen that in my entire life. Yellow refrigerator cheese and not fresh for a few days. Little cheese and they mixed with grated cheese. I had about 15 fries, frozen and undercooked. I took a medium poutine, the quantity was for a mini. I paid $16. It's terrible. I am extremely disappointed and angry that Fritou was able to serve a product like this. Never again Fritou, never again.
There were no customers. I didn't get a single smile. It took about 5 minutes before they decided to take my order.

My family loves ordering from them, and the quality of the food is always there. However, we recently noticed a surprising difference between in-store and online prices.
For example, a menu of four pieces of chicken costs $19 in store, while online, it is listed at $29.99 on UberEats. This is a significant increase that makes no sense! While we understand that additional fees may apply online, a $10 difference seems a bit steep. It would be nice if the restaurant could explain the reason for this increase or adjust the prices to be more consistent.
All in all, we still love their food, but we hope they can fix this to further improve the experience for loyal customers like us.

We ordered 14 pieces and paid $10 on top of the order
I surprise myself with one packet of garlic before I leave the store
Why is this, good people? Is it possible that 14 pieces of a packet of garlic is not enough for half a person, and its size does not exceed a large spoon of food?
By God, this store system is the answer and nothing more can come of it
If I had less taste, I would have had to return my stiffness and ask for additional cans of garlic.
But without understanding and without being angry until I return beyond the right to request and above the stiffness, I return and pay for an additional box of garlic, and I repeat, its size does not exceed a spoon 🥄 at a price of 4 and a half dollars for one box of garlic.
Therefore, the goal of all this is that we are not coming to tarnish the reputation of the store, nor are we coming to invent words out of our heads. This is what happened, and any situation is repeated with anyone. If you left a piece of such a stingy person, go back and ask for your piece of paper and save it for yourself. And, God willing, no one will ever take a piece of paper, because the situation does not indicate anything. Except for the miserliness of the owner of the clinic, and the worker is not at fault. He is just an employee and works according to instructions
Therefore, it is not the fault of the employee and the stakeholder who finds himself asleep in his home, while the worker is always facing the gun, and when something like this happens, the owner of the livelihood comes to remove himself from the predicament and puts it in the worker’s head.
There is no justification for dealing with this method
