I ordered 40 pieces of sushi for a special event and clearly asked for it to be served on a large round platter. They confirmed everything twice, but it was delivered in small plastic boxes with poor presentation. I had to re-plate everything myself last minute. They also gave only 3 small soy sauces for the entire order. The sushi wasn’t great either. Really disappointing for something meant to be special. Will never come back

Food is amazing as always but yesterday and today I had a really bad experience today with the young lady who served me I never have thought or be warned by her that I was taking too much napkins by any of the staff in this place. Yeah I have to admit it I did took quite a lot but if that the case I could have paid an extra $10 - 20 CAD if everything gotten very expensive since I totally understand in this case I don't mind at all even as a loyal customer. If not, I could have just bought the entire thing from Dollarama at this price. I don't think I will be visiting this place anymore. I missed that nice guy who always serve me with a smile and give wonderful service. Maybe I should have not come on weekends either. I have been a customer of this place since 2021 or even during the covid times.

Made on the spot, with fresh ingredients. The man at the front taking orders is really nice and friendly. They have good spéciale and amazing sushi. It never disappoints and I feel welcome every time.
