Ouein ouein ouein, having known when entering this Harveys that it would be so unpleasant and long, cooking it on the grill had to do the cash register, because the other one who was waiting to garnish the hamburgers, well it seems that he doesn't is not able to use a cash register?, let's say that 2 employees were missing like, the tables were not cleaned, and the toilets were disgusting, long live the harveys of Seins-Jerome

Clean, fresh and good cooking. Courteous employees, quiet location, fast and good parking.
If zero existed to rate the drive-thru, I would give it to the young lady who answered me around 6:00 p.m. on November 5th. Not a hello at the reception nor any warmth in the voice or attitude. However, I was courteous and polite. She handed me my bag and closed the window without a thank you or good evening. She seems very unhappy, but the customers don't have to put up with her mood. THANKS

Very low service really to avoid people getting angry when you order more than 1 trio and they talk about serving people instead 100/100 to avoid next time

I have a few comments on your resto in Laval on St. Martin
1 - Restaurant needs a huge renovation inside. Keep up with new innovation like McDonalds
2 - Food: Junior Hamburger...is very good, but your French fries are always cold.....not good!!!! FRIES MUST ALWAYS BE HOT
3 - Staff: Your cashier Natasha is very friendly....but your other staff that are not as friendly and not very efficient when it comes to doing our hamburgers.
P.S All in all your food is very good. Want to keep your regular customers coming to your resto: Renovate, Keep the Food Warm...and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE :-)
