I give 2 stars because of the young Latino man who was walking around the kitchen.. I don't have his name unfortunately but I think he's the assistant manager.. in short, very stupid towards the customers. No qualities for good customer service.. he should stay in the kitchen instead of serving customers directlyAnd the bathroom was very dirty and it didn't have hand soap.

Used the drive thru, never again, employees must be treated poorly to think it's ok to treat customers like garbage. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong to buy food there. Insulted and degraded because I asked if I can have a second cup, I was told I would have to pay for it rudely, I said ok how much is it? Was then rudely told to just get lost, ok I will and won't go back.

Don’t order the “vegetarian” burger. They gave me a regular burger at the drive-thru to go faster. It’s very easy to see the difference between a vegetarian pâté and a meat pâté, especially by the smell. I returned to the window to confront them and was ignored for 2 minutes in front of the window while the employee who was supposed to be at the drive-thru was in the backstore.Really unacceptable, especially for people who cannot eat red meat for medical reasons.Vegetarian options: The employees serve regular burgers when you order vegetarian burgers. Truly unacceptable.
