Friday November 7, 8 p.m. It's been a very long time since I ate at this Harweys. What a good service offered by this young man Hardeeb! He is welcoming, efficient and generous. The team was organized and the vegetable counter was clean like the restaurant. It was really good. Bravo for this turnaround! There may be a change of manager. Keep it up!

Disgusting!!! The burger was soft as if it had been cooked in the microwave. Very fast but disappointing service. Please take the time to cook on the grill. This is the worst Harvey's I've eaten (and I haven't eaten it). However my onion ring was good….

Honestly I got there the young man at the cashier was so rude that I left looking at me like I was bordering him I was asking I question about kid menu he was not eving answering me i left how people hired people like that

My wife cant get enough of their Big Harv , always fresh ingredients and their are generous when you ask them for extra options on your burger!! Would recommend that place without hesitation !!

I went to this harveys today and the guy on the microphone was so polite very respectful the service was incredible and fast. Max was the guy who gave me my food. Very respectful man.

I ordered 2 burgers. One regular with onions, 1 veggie with no onions and a different bun to differentiate both. I get 2 identical burgers with onions so the vegetarian couldn’t eat. It was the soggiest emptiest burger. For 12$ for a burger I’d at least expect the toppings to at least be visible.
1-Not even able to take the order well 2- when you mention the error it shows you the invoice Even if it's written on the invoice There is a similar error Silence moment I gave up and took what the clerk put on my bill 3-not even hot 4- last time my money will be spent at this Harvey's 5- quite a bit about this message will not even be read 6 I regret my choice next time A&W

Avoid this place! I visited this Harvey's today, and the experience was simply disappointing. I ordered three kids' meals, but the cashier charged me for and served three adult meals instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she completely denied it and was extremely rude and insolent. Shockingly, she even told me to "casse-toi" (which means "get lost" in French). To add to the disrespect, I am the age of her mother! My friend, who was with me, confirmed that I was telling the truth and that I had clearly ordered three "junior menus." Despite this, the young lady refused to acknowledge her error. To make matters worse, she was also the supervisor, which reflects very poorly on the management of the restaurant.
The place seems poorly run: the cashier was almost the only employee handling service, which led to an extremely long wait time. The service was not only inefficient but also unpleasant due to the disrespectful attitude of the cashier.
