We always go to Harvey's 2593 at 5935 Robert Bourassa ,laval. And let me tell you,they are friendly and kind and the service is fantastic, they are great people, there so great that I bring them my home made cookies. Everyone should go to that Harvey's, you won't regret it.

Don’t you dare ask to put lettuce before the sauce you will be told off!!! RUDE AND BITCHY UNPROFESSIONAL CASHIER , unfriendly people in the back- dirty tables, not washed down, sticky dry ketchup stains on the tables the disrespectful mouthy cashier /sandwich server that gets upset if you don’t order as fast as she wants you to eat and get out -not a very pleasant experience. I WORKED WITH COWS AND HAD MORE OF A HUMAN CONNECTION!! Paper thin tomatoes, Angus burger that was burnt and old tasting had no flavour ,pickles were horrible -root beer was flat as the personality of the employees.
I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. If I have to eat junk food, I might as well be happy about it.

Can even rate the food or atmosphere because I just showed up there at 8:38 and couldn't get in the door as it was locked, the app wouldn't finalize my order I assume because they shut that function off as well even though Google says they are open until 9:30 and the door itself says open until 9 so I was pretty pissed off when the staff just looked at me trying to open the door, I left and won't be back that's for sure
