I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always had a great experience. However the last few times I ordered, the sushi wasn’t as fresh as it used to be.
Tonight, the experience was disappointing, the sushi was not fresh, there was a hair in it, we received the wrong item, and some pieces were grey.
I called the store to politely explain the situation and let them know we couldn’t eat it and were unhappy with the order. However, I was not offered any reimbursement, not even partially. He offered us a discount for next time but unfortunately there will not be a next time.

Despite everything, we gave the runner a chance.
Seafood soup consists of Miso soup with 2-3 pieces of crab and the same for shrimp.
Moreover, the soup was lukewarm.
The sushi is very ordinary, more rice and cucumber than anything else.
Dragon eyes have more carrot than fish
Nothing fantastic with the service either.
There is better than Hiro Sushi for the price.

Ordered in advance to sit and wait in the restaurant for over an hour, terrible service and prep time, I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to eat at midnight, beware!
