my waitress gave me a service i rarely get, Vicky was the most amazing and smiley person ever, it was my first time at jack Astor and what she recommended me was more than perfect, and during the whole service we didn’t miss anything, definitely coming back soon.

Great crispy wings, very good ceasar salad. Very expensive for the quantity. Waiter didnt speak french, but its not that bad for me. He gave me extra spicy sauce for free, so thanks for that.

The Jack's close to where we live closed down recently, so we were thrilled to come to the Laval location for a great meal and good service. I was especially happy to see our favourite manager, Basheru!

My family (7 people) requested a table, the place was empty. We were told there was a 25 minute wait after they realized we were American. None of my family supports our president. Extremely disappointed. Went to the Baton Rouge next door. They sat us immediately
Katherine was our server. She forgot the waters, the utensils, the salt and the pepper. She was rarely available. The restaurant ran out of potatoes and fish. This would have been okay but Katherine was just not a good server at all. The bill had to be reprinted. She acted busy but really was just inefficient. Word of advice, go to Shakers instead.
