It's a great place to hang out with friends. The wait staff are very friendly. The food...well, don't go there for the food. I expected amazing barbecue but was greatly disappointed! The pork belly was so hard,not even edible. The brisket (what I came here for)was so dry. The ribs were tender however tasteless. The turkey was okay. It made me think I was eating yesterday 's leftovers. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to experience Texas style barbecue. What a pity.

The food is really good, tasty, and not expensive. You can sit inside with music and dancing or go outside to enjoy the weather. I suggest trying the brisket, smash burger, and poutine because they are generous with their portions, it's definitely worth it.

ADRIANA gave us the authentic Texan experience. We all took the Ranch platter and I think that’s the best way to go. You get a little bit of everything. We are definitely coming back for this authentic American experience. Thank you Adriana

Je peux vous dire que celui-ci est très bon. Style Texan de la viande, sans légumes. Pour les carnivores c'est parfait, pour mon envie annuelle aussi.

The waitress that showed us our seat was rude. We ordered the Rodeo Meat Platter, and the meat was tender and juicy but the dry rub was SO SALTY. The best meat was the turkey. The service messed up our order twice, did not remove the mistake on the recipe. The service was slow The table we had was in the middle of a crowded arcade area, which produced a lot of noises. The old fashion I ordered was below average, they used crushed ice instead a single large ice cube. It took a lot of time to get our recipe. Overall, it was a bad experience and was not worth the price. I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon.
The smash burgers, nacho brisket and bret salad were on point though!

Let's start with the main thing: FOOD Me and my friends had the ranch platter and were able to taste almost everything on the menu as a result. Here's what I think (I'm a cook AND a butcher) Pulled pork: amazing Ribs: the best I've eaten in my life Brisket: super tender and juicy but way too salty Turkey: dry but tasty Pork belly: fatty, tender and full of flavor Amazing Poutine. The nacho portion is way too generous. The bacon around the Twinkies is over seasoned, but the jalapeño itself is excellent. For a first experience with meats cooked in a smoker, I give an overall score of 9.4/10. Although I'm 0 country fan, the atmosphere was fun. It made me want to have some good whiskey and tequila. Although the bartenders were nice and offered great service, the cocktails are in my opinion the weak point of the restaurant. I recommend and will definitely come back. Thanks for reading

Incredibly good food Fairly ordinary service from the waiters who often forget we have to remind them 2-3 times to get something. Often talk among themselves and do not pay attention to the customer. As for the atmosphere, it’s fun!

Unbelievable food right from the smoker they have on display. The meat was incredible, and the service was also phenomenal. Our server Felix was super attentive and helpful, always with a big smile, food came out really fast, and when one of our drinks came our wrong (due to a machine problem, the bar staff are also great), he changed it immediately. Really, I am very impressed with this place. Shout out to Felix for the great service and the whole team for a fantastic meal.
The only thing I think could improve is that the selection of hot sauces. Frank's red hot and tabasco don't qualify as "hot" sauce to me, would have killed for something stronger. Otherwise 10/10.
UPDATE: We came back and it's still fantastic. Miguel was our server this time and once again the service was impeccable. The meat is out of this world and I can't stress enough how fast it comes out, it's amazing.
The sauces still leave something to be desired. Could improve on this point still

We were 5 people and took the "ranch" menus to share with smashburgers. I think this is the best formula. You can taste everything. On the other hand, the invoices are special. They are confusing and end the evening on a funny note.
